I believe that everything we need to live a healthy fulfilling life in mind, body, and spirit is available to all of us through each other and through the provisions of our earth. My own journey of healing and transformation led me to many healers, teachers and mentors that have guided thorough some of the most difficult and challenging times in this lifetime.

One of the most profound statements made to me during my journey was: "Healer, heal thyself." It is through this healing journey that I have experienced and found some of the most powerful healing and transformation tools that I have personally used in my own journey of healing and transformation. Upon my journey, I have drawn closer to Mother Earth and embraced the healing power of the natural world. I have obtained a formal education in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, have studied plant medicine and become a Reiki Master. In all, I have more than sixteen years of experience as a healer.

After spending time as a traditional psychotherapist, it became clear to me that this could not be the only element to healing in a comprehensive way. While talk therapy holds great value, it often neglects the mind, body, spirit connection that I know is critical to evolving. This is why, in January 2023, I established the version of Metamorphosis Soul Healing you see today: a nurturing environment to heal, transform and elevate.

By taking great care to listen intuitively and intently to your needs and goals, I curate a healing plan that is tailored to who you are. No healing plan looks the same because the individual inspires the design. These plans can include intuitive reiki healing sessions, deliberately chosen essential oils + crystals with specific healing properties, sage for clearing, mindful meditations, soaks, healing tea blends and transformational coaching.
